A description |
- A preliminary test control in service centers of the Company makes it available to understand current status and hidden defects of each cartridge. No cartridges are remanufactured without having a test control.
- Every detail of each cartridge is being cleaned up with compressed ionized air and, after, is being tested again.
- A special drum-protective compound prevents light-sensitive layer's wearand tear and, in parallel, increases a cartridge's resource.
- A cartridge contact group is covered with current-conductive lubrication to prevent failures while long-term exploitation.
- The rubber developer roller is saturated with a special compound to increase its functioning.
- A lavsan hard band safely blocks a toner occurrence in a packed cartridge while every mechanical impacts.
- A toner hopper is filled with low-dispersed high-quality toner, in correspondence with every cartridge type.
- The developer roller is consequently being processed with special compounds to increase its functioning. A high contrast image is being ensued.
- A cynematical part of a cartridge' mechanism is being undertaken of thorough testing. The defective details are being replaced by ones having good working order.
- Proper functioning of the blades may include the replacment of flexible poly-uretane plates to ensure equal toner layer on a developer roller as well as a subsequent cleaning of the drum.
- Before setting into a cartridge, the drum isbeing covered with a mineral compound to absorbe a residual moisture and expedite the photo-taker's well-functioning.
