1998
  The Company decided to invest into a development of modern cartridge remanufacturing technology. The Company established a first service centre for buying and testing empty cartridges as well as refilling.

1999
  An advertisement campaign was started under a motto of «Buying empties». In parallel with developing productivity as well as increasing in technology, the Black Service Co. started manufacturing of inkjet cartridges. The technology was developed having no analogues in national practice and greatly increasing the drum resource.

2000
  An international co-operation is widening.
  Empties are being collected, in Europe, Asia, and North America. Production of Inkjet cartridges starts.

2001
  The production with a trade mark has started using the cutting-edge technology. To increase its effectiveness, the Black Service was transferred into the Block Black Co.^TM.
  During the COMTEC exhibition, in April 2001, a BlockBlack Co.'s production had met a great interest among national and foreign visitors. A science-and-technology research centre was set, as well as a modern computer QC system.
  The Company's production has got a national quality certificate and a conformity certificate. Now, an ISO certification is being prepared, because of a Company's involving in international imaging supplies market. We now sell our products to Eastern Europe, West Europe, Asia and North America.

  Now Block Black Co. is a modern national hi-technology company.
